Nick Sandbothe
A young 20 years old when he began, Nick has grown up in the business and has grown into a seasoned veteran of the business in just 7 short years. Knowing he wanted to make an impact in peoples lives and help others as a professional, he was in the process of pursuing a teaching and coaching career. While in school, he worked as a mechanic and in a rock quarry until a conversation with his wife pointed him to PMA. With little experience in sales prior to joining PMA, he had reservations about the opportunity but was very confident in his ability to follow a proven sales system and in his training managers. His commitment to learning and improving have proven that his decision to 'take the leap' was the right one and has never looked back!
Justin Gaines
Justin began his career with PMA in the fall of 2012 after having been approached by a friend in the business. Hesitant about a commission only sales job, he weighed several other options before starting. Prior to PMA he had been successful in many other areas - Real Estate, Lawn Care and Golf Course Management but was always chasing the financial stability and freedom to raise a family without having to work long hours for 6 or 7 days each week. Success came early and often for Justin and within just his first year, he was able to provide his wife the opportunity to live a dream of hers - stay home to raise their children. A combination of consistency, self motivation and a tireless work ethic have afforded the Gaines family the opportunity to do well for others while doing good for themselves and having lots of fun along the way!
